COVID: Venezuela registered 106 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 106 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which six cases were imported, from Panama (3), Turkey (2) and Ecuador (1), bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 527,347 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states Miranda (38), Yaracuy (21), Caracas (18), Guárico (6), La Guaira (4), Zulia (4), Carabobo (3), Falcón (3), Lara (1) Anzoátegui (1) and Bolívar (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 843 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country records the figure of 5,738 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 519,376 and there are 2,333 current active cases.
