Vice President Rodríguez rejects statements by Exxon Mobil president, Alistair Routledge

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, rejected the statements of the president of Exxon Mobil, Alistair Routledge and condemns the actions referring to illicit operations with support from the government of the United States (USA) and Guyana:

This energy transnational not only assumes the sovereignty of Guyana, governs the high authorities of that country, encourages the illegitimate path of the International Court of Justice to the detriment of the Geneva Agreement, but also seeks to protect its illicit operations, in a sea pending to be delimited, under the warmongering cloak of the United States in complicity with Guyana,” said the vice president through the X social network.

Likewise, it denounces that these statements, supported in a News Sourcegy article, which is titled “ExxonMobil welcomes Guyana’s decision to strengthen security partnerships with the US and other countries”, violate the Argyle Accords and the international legality.
