The Presidential Commission for the Prevention and Fight against Covid-19, evaluates the vaccination plan that is carried out throughout the country, the booster dose for 2022 and the new Omicron variant.
At a meeting, led by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the Minister of People’s Power for Health, Carlos Alvarado and the Minister of People’s Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, it was agreed to continue urging the population to go to the vaccination journeys and to continue taking biosafety measures.
The Presidential Commission for the Prevention and Fight against Covid-19 also studies the measures that will be taken in our country, in order to protect the Venezuelan people from the Omicron variant.
