This Tuesday, the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, led a meeting of the Presidential Commission for the Prevention, Care and Control of COVID-19 in order to evaluate strategies to strengthen the 7 + 7 method.
From the spaces of the Ministry of People’s Power for the Economy and Finances, the activity had the participation of the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez; the Minister of People’s Power for Health, Carlos Alvarado, and the Minister of People’s Power for Youth and Sports, Mervin Maldonado.
As it will be recalled, the Venezuelan 7 + 7 (flexibilized quarantine) method, to reduce Covid-19 infections, is carried out by the Bolivarian Government led by President Nicolás Maduro with great effectiveness by registering figures of less than 19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
