In Aragua: I don’t give a damn on what imperialism thinks

The Candidate of the Ample Front of the Homeland, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted from an impressive meeting of the revolutionary forces in Aragua state: “I don’t give a damn on what imperialism thinks about us, what matters to me is what the Venezuelan people thinks”.

Maduro stressed the gringo spokesmanship has insisted him on postponing the elections on May 20.

“I told them that in Venezuela, come rain, thunder or lightning, there will be presidential elections, so anyone who wants to go out and vote on May 20 can do it safely and secretly”, he said.

He sent a message to the Venezuelans who possess the “Carnet de la Patria” (Homeland Card):

“I make a call to those who are registered, this thing is a give and take, and that is why I am preparing a prize for the more than 16 million peoples registered, we must strengthen democracy as we did last year”, said Maduro.

He insisted that the Venezuelan elections are an internal affair that only Venezuelans are responsible for.
