This socialist mission was born as part of the Great Peace Quadrant Mission in the face of the violation of the welfare state and the rights of the people in the last four years.
The Head of State urged the consolidation of a systematic plan to deliver homes through the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV), but also to repair the homes and expand them through the Great Mission Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor in which it can be done.
