The National Constituent Assembly (ANC) approved several constitutional decrees on Wednesday to strengthen the national economy and clean up the onslaught of the commercial and financial war imposed by the United States (US) government against the Homeland.
During a session held on Wednesday, January 29 at the Federal Legislative Palace, located in Caracas, the constituents approved the Constitutional Decree that Creates the National Single Portfolio, the Draft Constitutional Decree through which the Organic Tax Code, the Constitutional Decree is issued Partial Reform of the Decree with Value Range and Force of Law that establishes the Value Added Tax and the Draft Constitutional Decree Reform of Decree with Value Range and Organic Customs Force.
The president of the Plenipotentiary Power, Diosdado Cabello, reiterated that the ANC will support the people and the National Executive in all decisions that are in favor of the integral development of the country.
“If it would work in here a rational National Assembly, even being from the opposition, all these things would be dealt with by the Parliament, because this is not for the benefit of a small group, but of the country,” he said.
