Executive Vice President: Lifting the blockade is a national cry

Regarding the installation of the National Council of Productive Economy, Regions Chapter, in Carabobo state, the Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, expressed that the lifting of the blockade by the United States is a national cry:

Today it must be a national cry, the blockade must be lifted now, it is a right of Venezuela, it is not alms, (because) these measures of blackmail, extortion, against our people, cause damage to our economy. The target has been the Venezuelan economy, and it must be all of us, in national unity, who definitively ask for the lifting of the blockade; “Biden, lift the blockade now! It must be extended throughout the country, to workers, women, throughout the country.”

The event of the National Economic Council was attended by the governors of states Carabobo (Rafael Lacava), Guárico (José Vásquez), Cojedes (Alberto Galindez), Aragua (Karina Carpio). In attendance were the president of Fedecamaras, Adán Celis, the president of Fedeindustria, Orlando Camacho, the president of Conindustria, Luigi Pisella, “all the members who collectively contribute to Venezuela,” said Rodríguez.

In this regard, the vice president stated, “we are very happy to share with the productive sectors of their states, taking the Economy Council to all the states of the country to address the most specific requirements.”
