The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on Wednesday sent to the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) the constitutional bill on illegal exchange that seeks to encourage and promote foreign investment in Venezuela.
“The new Constituent project of illicit exchange law adjusted to the policies of a new beginning, with the purpose of encouraging and allowing the investment of foreign currency and eliminating the legal exchange barriers corresponding to other times and entering a new time that allows the free flow of that investment that the country needs”, he said.
The Head of State in a joint radio and television speech encouraged the discussion of this project in the ANC and expressed that he is willing to participate in the debate.
