The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, endorsed this Thursday the statements of the People’s Power Minister for Defense, G/J Vladirmir Padrino López, who along with the Commanders of Strategic Regions of Integral Defense (REDI) and the entire Military personnel from the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), rejected the latest statements by the extremist opposition that seek to incite and sow hatred and violence in the country:
“Firm and forceful statements by G/J @vladimirpadrino, Minister of People’s Power for Defense, the REDI Commanders and all the military personnel of the FANB, in response to the calls to execute a coup d’etat and violent plans by extremist sectors of the Venezuelan opposition. Our People has a FANB, which guarantees security and national peace, in any scenario”, was how the Venezuelan head of state described the pronouncement of the also sectoral vice president for Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace.
Times of destabilization will not return:
In another message, on his digital platforms, the national Dignitary shared the official statement of the Ministry of People’s Power for Defense, which emerges “from the men and women of our FANB to all the People, in rejection of the latest statements of the extremist opposition who intend to incite and sow hatred and violence in the country. We will never allow a return to the times of intolerance and destabilization. The People wants Peace and Tranquility!”
The letter indicates that there is no doubt that the agenda of the fascist right is part of an escalation of actions that flagrantly and treacherously affects the stability of the Republic: “Hence, the doomsayers of chaos and disaster have proposed as an electoral strategy, hindering the current efforts carried out by the Venezuelan State in the intention of concretizing its most precise consensus,” added this statement.
These consensuses are: Preserving peace and union, condemning and demanding the lifting of criminal sanctions and promoting economic recovery through the construction of a new diversified productive model, which leads to the restitution of the social welfare state.
The document also emphasizes that there is full certainty that the heightened political awareness that the Venezuelan people have reached will not allow them to fall into the polarizing and violent provocations orchestrated by those who want to subject the country to scenarios of terror, anguish, and restlessness.
