This Tuesday, was activated throughout the national territory the 2023 Community Vacation Plan, which will have the participation of approximately 12,000 recreators, to provide fun to a total of 6,500,000 boys and girls, as reported the People’s Power Minister for Youth and Sports, Mervin Maldonado:
“Today started August, and also starts the Community Vacation Plan, for our children, youth, for the whole family,” said Minister Maldonado in the company of the mayoress of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, A /J Carmen Meléndez from the Antímano parish of Caracas, in which the activation of the plan was carried out.
Maldonado explained that, in addition to the recreators, there will be 25,000 volunteers, as well as a security deployment organized by the Ministry of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace.
The Community Vacation Plan will be extended for six weeks, and will end on September 10 this year: “It will be six weeks, until September 10, in the 23 states and in Caracas.”
For her part, the mayoress of Caracas highlighted that 2,646 communities will be addressed for the enjoyment of boys and girls: “We want the supreme happiness of the people, as the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, instructed us.”
Boys, girls and young people will have access to 120 national spaces such as beaches, rivers, parks, spas, boulevards and squares, and will be able to practice camping and hiking activities together with cultural, sports, ecological and tourist promoters.
