Articulated proposals for reform of Transportation Law

The deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Franklin Rondón, highlighted that from the parliament are being articulated proposals for the reform of the Transportation Law.

During an interview on the “Al Aire” (On Air) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, Rondón expressed: “We are advancing with the reform of the Transportation Law, we have a sufficient compilation of carriers, union organizations, community organizations, of what should be the new Transport Law”.

He indicated that “sometimes the multiplicity of laws tend to be an excuse for non-compliance, it is not about having many laws, but about complying and respecting them.”

The parliamentarian suggested in this context, that in the case of carriers, they should contribute to a legal instrument that guarantees the safety of passengers, users and users.
