COVID: Venezuela registers 119 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 119 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which four cases are imported from Panama (3) and Ecuador (1), bringing the confirmed accumulated total to 531,094 cases.

The cases registered today are located in: Miranda (33), Yaracuy (28), Caracas (26), Carabobo (5), Bolívar (4), Táchira (3), Sucre (3), Aragua ( 3), La Guaira (2), Monagas (2), Falcón (1), Anzoátegui (1) and Trujillo (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 857 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,753 as the total number of deceases, after the unfortunate death of three people in the last few hours. The number of recovered patients is 521,726 and there are 3,615 current active cases.
