Likewise, he expressed that he would like to establish a dialogue with Antonio Ecarri and Gustavo Duque with Fuerza Vecinal in a public manner, and not in secret:
“We want sanction-free elections at the time that the constitution and the CNE determine so,” he said.
“We are going to visualize the future electoral scenarios in Venezuela and go advancing in the expansion of guarantees so that the elections are truly free and transparent,” he reiterated.
