COVID: Venezuela registered 67 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 67 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which four are imported cases arriving from Turkey (2), Panama (1) and Cuba (1), bringing the confirmed accumulated total to 524,978 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states Barinas (28), Miranda (28), La Guaira (2), Yaracuy (2), Caracas (1), Aragua (1) and Carabobo (1).

This was announced this Monday by the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter Social network.

On day 827 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,724 as the total number of deaths, without any deceased in the last 24 hours. The number of recovered patients is 517,795 and there are 1,459 current active cases.
