Maduro: This NOV-21 Venezuela will give a demonstration of democracy to the World

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed this Thursday that the elections next Sunday, November 21, will give the world a demonstration of democracy and will ratify the strength of the Electoral Power by highlighting the impeccable compliance with the electoral schedule:

“These elections are the fulfillment of the electoral schedule of a strengthened democracy (…) The constitutional electoral schedule has been fulfilled impeccably, we have a world record of elections, of participation”, he said.

When making a telephone contact with the state-ovned TV station VTV, within the framework of the special program for the closure of the electoral campaign, the Head of State emphasized that “Venezuela is on its feet and heading towards an electoral process that ratifies democracy”, while stressing at the same time that “it is very important to choose good governors, who are really linked to the peace of the country and the People’s Power”.

“It is important to have good governors, committed to peace with their communities, who do not use the governorate for guarimbas (riots)”, he said.

In this sense, he announced that he “will summon the 23 governors and 335 elected mayors to plan what we will do in the next 4 years, Venezuela will enter a stage of change, a constructive stage”.

The national leader predicted that he expects a great victory for the people in the mega-elections of NOV-21, for which he considered inconsequential the opinions and manipulations of imperial lackeys such as the European Union:

Josep Borrell is an embarrassment to others, first kneeling at Trump, then Trump lost and he criticized him, now he is kneeling before Biden’s policy (…) I don’t care at all what the European Union does or says, what I really care is about what happens in Venezuela, about whatever the Venezuelan people says. They will kneel to the North American empire while we go with our own model of resistance and democracy”, ratified Maduro.
