He affirmed that those who govern in both countries are indeed extremists, in the White House and in the Palace of Nariño, and it is an idea that they have already tried on: “That decision has been made for a long time, it was the goal of the attempt on April 30, to come for me, to kidnap me”.
The Head of State pointed out that this decision was taken on August 4, 2018, at the time of the bombings, the drones: “We captured all the material actors and the intellectual authors were revealed.
