National Assembly will investigate theft of resources led by Juan Guaidó

The National Assembly requested the Special Investigation Commission against Damages to the Republic to investigate the new crimes committed by Juan Guaidó and his gang against Venezuela, specifically the theft of 53 million dollars belonging to the country, withheld by the government of the USA.

During the ordinary session, held this Thursday, April 15, 2021, Venezuelan or foreign companies that receive payments for services with money from corruption were also warned that they will be classified as accomplices of criminal activities against the Republic.

In this sense, the National Parliament reported that will be convened Seguros Mercantil or any company that has contracted policies with the far-right criminals led by Juan Guaidó.

The National Assembly also approved an agreement in solidarity for the protection of our borders by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. In addition, it agreed to form a work commission, made up of the Board of Directors and the Legal Department, to evaluate and accelerate the work of the Permanent and Special Commissions.

In another vein, the National Assembly approved in the first discussion the Bill for the Protection of Families, Maternity and Paternity and the Bill for the Partial Reform of the Law for the Promotion and Protection of Breastfeeding.
