Venezuela and Russia continue to strengthen ties from culture, in a meeting between the Minister of People’s Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, and the ambassador of the Russian Federation, Serguey Melik-Bargdasarov.
The meeting took place this Tuesday, August 11 at the Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa, where the representatives of both countries met to discuss issues from the field of cultural exchange and alliance.
Minister Villegas wrote on his Twitter account @VillegasPoljak: “Today at La Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa I welcomed a kind visit from the Russian ambassador, Serguey Melik-Bargdasarov. We agree to advance in cultural exchange. I congratulated him on the registration of the Russian “Sputnik V” vaccine against Covid-19. If there is something we are going to get infected by, let it be culture”.
“Today I have had a great honor and pleasure to be received in the Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa by the Minister for Culture, Ernesto Villegas Poljak, with whom we analyzed the current state of bilateral ties in the sphere of culture”, published in turn the ambassador, Melik Bargdasarov, in his account @EmbSergio of the same social network.
