The Venezuelan ambassador to the United Nations Organization (UN), Samuel Moncada, condemned on Tuesday the attitude of the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, to protect the de facto government of Bolivia, Jeanine Áñez .
Through his account on the Twitter social network, Moncada denounced that the Bolivian people are being massacred under the complicit gaze of Almagro, whom he described as “the butcher of the Americas.”

“While the Bolivian people are being killed by the dozen in the streets, the butcher of the Americas, Luis Almagro, prepares another OAS mission to protect the fascist band imposed by Washington. The OAS is a criminal organization at the service of death. It is unrecoverable”.
Moncada pointed out in several tweets that Áñez offered a “license to kill to the (Bolivian) military,” whom he also called fans of “fascism and religion.”
