The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, appointed Brigadier General Rodolfo Marcos Torres as the new Minister of People’s Power for Waters Care.
Marcos Torres has the task of strengthening the care and preservation of this important natural resource and guaranteeing the people’s access to water.
