Delcy Rodríguez: Government of Guyana is an aggressor state of our territory

During the closing of the campaign for the defense of Guayana Esequiba, from Nueva Esparta state, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, denounced that “the Government of Guyana has become an aggressor State against Venezuelan territory,” not only because of the controversy over the Essequibo, “but they have dared to do the worst, touch the sea that belongs to us, and deliver tenders to ExxonMobil” for the exploitation of hydrocarbons in the Caribbean Sea.

The authorities of Guyana have lent themselves to steal in our territory, they are violators of the territory, they are an aggressor State, to whom we are going to give a response on December 3, by voting “yes” five times in the Consultative Referendum for the defense Of the homeland”.

She also said that they dared to ask the International Court of Justice to stop the referendum, “because they know that we have our historical right to defend, however it may be, and from whoever it may be, our Homeland sovereignty.”
