GMVV has delivered 2,208,785 housings nationwide

A total of 2,208,785 ceilings have been built and delivered by the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV) nationwide, as well as the Great Mission Barrio Nuevo, Barrio Tricolor (New neighborhood, Tricolor neighborhood) which has rehabilitated 932,908 homes.

The information was made known by the Minister for Habitat and Housing, Ildemaro Villaroel, during the 37th meeting of the Superior Body of Habitat and Housing, held on Tuesday.

At the meeting, Minister Villaroel announced that next week he is committed to presenting to the body the reformulation of the new plan of the GMVV, starting from the minimum salary that was estimated in half a Petro, that is 1.800 Sovereign Bolivars, to facilitate the acquisition of a decent roof to the population and access to mortgage loans:

“The Plan for Economic Recovery, Growth and Prosperity seeks to essentially favor the purchasing power of citizens across the country”, he said.

On the other hand, the minister summoned the Congress of Assemblies of Viviendo-Venezolanos (Housed-Venezuelans), which will be held on Saturday, October 27.

He also announced that this Thursday will be made the delivery of housings to indigenous people in eight states of the country: Zulia, Amazonas, Cojedes, Bolívar, Anzoátegui, Apure, Mérida and Yaracuy.
