The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed that the liberating doctrine of our Americas is fully in force.
“We demonstrated it at the ALBA, in the Bicentennial Congress that has brought together 67 countries of the world,” said the Venezuelan Head of State, 200 years after the Battle of Carabobo.
During a joint broadcast, he rescued the great feelings of love that the liberators had for the great homeland, specifically he referred to Simón Bolívar, who immediately after the Battle of Carabobo, deployed to the south to follow the deed of definitive liberation of South America:
“That is the vision with which we founded the Bolivarian Revolution, it is the vision with which our beloved Commander Hugo Chávez built the Simón Bolívar National Project. The civic-military union re-established the Bolivarian National Armed Forces and pointed the way; Either we are all free or no one in Latin America and the Caribbean will be free”, said President Maduro.
