The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that he will not allow imperial actions of the Government of the United States (USA), which should be repudiated by the people of Venezuela. “There is no imperialism to curb the people of Venezuela,” said the Head of State at the Palace of Events in Maracaibo, Zulia state.
The Head of State denounced that the members of the opposition led by Julio Borges are around the world in their efforts to ask the empire for sanctions against Venezuela, to propitiate a foreign military intervention.
“Julio Borges went to ask for sanctions in Europe, he is asking for sanctions against PDVSA (State-owned oil company Petróleos de Venezuela), against (our) oil. I ask for justice at the highest level against the traitors to the Homeland. Any decision taken by the US Government is the sole responsibility of Julio Borges”, he said.
