Balance! Communal Homeland Plan executes historical objectives in the national territory


The Vice President for Territorial Socialism, Erika Farias, offered this Tuesday a balance of the Plan Patria Comunal ( Communal Homeland Plan) which started last October 20, and that has developed a program of activities in six states of the country.
“We have started a methodology that is to take the five historical objectives of the Homeland to the communities, we will have an activity of balance in order to deliver the first report that was executed in six states of the country,” she said.
Farias pointed out that they have visited 10 corridors, in order to know the experience of spokespersons of communal councils, communes and the other social movements that make life in each parish of the country.
She detailed that, so far they have heard the specific problems of each community, making emphasis in the economy at communes and community level.
“The revolution has developed mechanisms to support the organization of the people and the original power,” he added.
Likewise, Farias indicated that through the Banco Bicentenario del Pueblo (Bicentennial Bank of the People) have been granted resources for 600 productive projects developed by the CLAP, as well as they expect to complete one thousand projects for the first quarter of 2017.
The Vice President also announced that soon, within the context of Missions and Major Missions, are being integrated the social plans implemented by the State to combat expressions of extreme poverty.
“We are going to present President Maduro with measures as part of the concrete action agenda,” in order to solve problems such as the distribution of gas, roads and transportation in some sectors.
