President Maduro ordered to find those responsible for the attack in Amazonas

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, issued instructions to the Joint High Command to find the paramilitary groups that killed three Venezuelan soldiers and wounded another important group of troops during an ambush at El Picatonal, Amazonas state:

“I have instructed the Joint High Command, the Operational Strategic Command and Minister Vladimir Padrino to reinforce all measures of a military nature and find those responsible for this vicious attack by paramilitary forces against our military forces”, he said.

The announcement was made yesterday, Thursday, at the Casa Amarilla (Yellow House), headquarters of the Foreign Ministry, in Caracas during the opening ceremony of the 14th edition of the International Book Fair of Venezuela (Filven) 2018.

This Friday, in his Twitter account, the national leader ratified, in a message, his willingness to find those responsible for this attack perpetrated on November 4, in retaliation for the capture of rebel leader Luis Ortega -a.k.a. ‘Garganta’ -.
