The deputy Block Homeland, Victor Clark, said on Tuesday that the decision of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) to declare as unconstitutional all acts of the National Assembly (AN) is based on its illegality, since the legislative power committed contempt from the sworning of three citizens by Amazonas state, who do not have the investiture of deputies.
During an interview with a private television station, he said the Supreme Court ruling originates from a resource that the parliamentary Bloc of the Homeland introduced before the judiciary power, once the current leadership of the NA incorporated Julio Ygarza , Nirma Guarulla and Romel Guzamana.
Moreover, he stressed that when the Chavismo calls for a mobilization, it does not do it in order to provoke, but because the people on the streets is the best defense of the Bolivarian Revolution against the destabilizing claims of the opposition and foreign powers.
