The Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reported the dismantling of a new group of foreign mercenaries related to terrorist actions against Venezuela:
«We have just dismantled a very dangerous group of foreign mercenaries from the United States and Colombia (…) very close to the drunks and the drunkards, the cowards, those who left,» said Cabello in reference to the fugitive from justice, Edmundo González Urrutia.
During the delivery of more than 50 patrol cars and 150 motorcycle units to members of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and regional police corps, he said that they were seeking to prevent the swearing-in of President Nicolás Maduro, on January 10.
The Minister of People’s Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also warned the opposition sectors of the extreme right wing that «here the bullshit is over.»
He also called on those who insist on attacking our country: «Here you will find us together, united as brothers, fused in a single heart in the People of Venezuela,» he emphasized.
He also stressed that the bourgeoisie has never liked the People’s Power, «because they call themselves ‘decent people’ and the People is not decent for them, in their class hatred, their hatred that leads them to believe that they are superior to the rest, is fascism.»
He recalled that Venezuela is not facing the opposition sector that goes to elections, but rather «enemies of the country, fascists who consecutively have not only called for violence, but have carried out terrorist acts.»
