President Maduro signed execution of the law to facilitate access to housing

This Wednesday, during the day of mobilizations of the Venezuelan working class within the framework of International Workers’ Day, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, signed the Law of the Housing and Habitat Provision Regime for Venezuelan workers and families.

At the event he assured that this legislation “guarantees more direct access for the worker to the allocation of housing.”

Likewise, the national leader set a goal to build 2 million more homes. This, in order to reach 7 million decent homes and “to put the organized workers, the working class, the CPT (Workers’ Productive Councils) at the center of the effort.”

It should be noted that this Tuesday, President Maduro, delivered the 4,900,000th milestone within the framework of the anniversary of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela. During that day he announced key elements with the aim of improving the conditions of the country’s workers, in addition to guaranteeing access to housing through the recently approved Housing Law.
