In this regard, he added: “We have returned to the barracks with weapons and lives safe, so that our military people understand what is the philosophy that allows us to advance in the integral defense of the homeland, as well as the Point 3 plan on which you, Mr. President, gave us the order, it was put into practice and that has allowed us to get closer to the people and create a symbiosis,” said the head of Defense in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
He also added that the Strategic Command of the Army has a profoundly anti-imperialist character and “all these exercises are an emphasis on the work being carried out by the Scientific Council of the FANB,” said Padrino López.
“Beyond the Council, in each act, in each component and in each Base, each head that makes up our FANB is devising a solution to the problems that the Homeland is going through.
