Head of State praised the Bolivarian founding generation and said it changed history forever

With a review of the goodness that the Bolivarian founding generation has shown, after 30 years of the departure of Commander Chávez from the Cárcel de la Dignidad (Prison of Dignity), the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that with ideas and proposals “That Bolivarian founding generation changed the history of Venezuela, it changed it for now and forever.”

From the Simón Bolívar municipality, located in Miranda state, the President highlighted how the Bolivarian Movement was always underestimated; however, this did not prevent this same generation from seeing how Bolívar’s project resurfaced:

They always underestimated us, they always underestimated Chávez, the Bolivarian movement, the founding Bolivarian generation, they always underestimated it, but, look, with an idea, a strategy, a project, with a sincere, true spirituality, without marketing, with authenticity “, he pointed out, pointing out that a strong generation was fostered and has resisted.

President Nicolás Maduro affirmed that the protagonists of this generation have also witnessed “how this project became a Homeland, it became a people, it became a Constitution, a new democracy was made, a new institutionality, and how from so many efforts the new National and Bolivarian Armed Forces united, cohesive, with a clear doctrine of all those struggles, all those searches, all that resistance, the military power of Venezuela was born, which is to say today, in the 21st century, a Liberating Army.”

As part of this timeline, the Venezuelan head of state stressed that military power is what guarantees territorial integrity, the union of the Republic, the defense of democracy and anti-imperialist struggles.

In this celebration of 30 years and evocation that hope is in the streets, the Venezuelan Dignitary indicated that “it has been 30 years of renewing ourselves, updating ourselves and overcoming each situation.”

We have made ourselves from the mud, from the dignity of a people, from their conscience, their spirit, from their rebellion. “We have rescued the most beautiful and precious ideal in the history of humanity, which is the ideal of Simón Bolívar, the Liberator of America, so that it burns the oligarchs, the surnames, wherever they are,” said the President.

Accompanying the head of state in this celebration from the Prison of Dignity were Chávez’s soldiers, Gerardo Márquez; Francisco Arias Cárdenas, Diosdado Cabello, Vladimir Padrino López, Pedro Alastre López, Wilmar Castro Soteldo, Luís Reyes Reyes; as well as the First Combatant of the Republic, Cilia Flores; and the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez.
