President leads deployment to attend cases of the 1×10 system of Good Government in Bolívar

The protective embrace of the 1×10 system of Good Government arrived this Wednesday in the Caroní municipality, in Bolívar state, where the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, directs the integral social deployment to address the most sensitive needs of Puerto Ordaz.

Accompanied by the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, godmother of the Bolívar state, he expressed vibrantly “Viva Guayana!” to begin the formal delivery of equipment and supplies to strengthen the provision of public services, as well as health care for the population of Ciudad Guayana.

In this sense, based on the demands raised through the Ven App, he awarded 15 new tank trucks to improve the distribution of fuel and domestic gas cylinders directly to the communities.

Aimed at strengthening primary health care, the Head of State also delivered social aid (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, beds, chairs and anti-bedsore mattresses) to benefit the residents of Caroní through the Barrio Adentro Mission:

This is human help (…) that they can walk with their walker, with their good cane, that they have their wheelchair changes their life from heaven to earth and we want to change the life of everyone from heaven to earth.” “Whoever has a need, that’s what (the) 1×10 is for,” he pointed out, instructing doctors and specialists “to go to all the neighborhoods, to all the corners and communities so that this material can circulate.”

In line with one of the 1×10 priorities of Good Government, are also delivered transformers, cables and solar powered lights. In this regard, the Venezuelan president stressed that the communities agree on “the need for solar energy to reach the commune.”

The communities that have participated in the 7T debates have proposed the 2025-2030 Plan so that solar energy reaches the commune (…) Direct solar energy to the community is one of the great solutions for the 21st century. We are going for solar energy with great force!“, he emphasized.

Regarding the migration to solar energy, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez specified that “we have already installed lights on the main avenues” in the context of a comprehensive strategy instructed by President Nicolás Maduro.

More than 71% of cases resolved in Bolívar:

When reviewing the scope of the 1×10 system of Good Government, the governor of Bolívar state, Ángel Marcano, stressed that, so far, the case resolution rate stands at 71.6%

Meanwhile, in the Caroní municipality, it stands at 81% “thanks to the squads that are formed in the community itself,” added Mayor Tito Oviedo.
