Revealed conspiracy linking Rocío San Miguel in the White Bracelet case

The Attorney General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, revealed conspiratorial elements such as the 18 cartographic maps where numerous military installations are demarcated, with their respective security zones, which were in the hands of the so-called Human Rights activist, Rocío del Carmen San Miguel Sosa, linked to the Brazalete Blanco (White Bracelet) case, a plot that consisted of carrying out terrorist actions against the country.

From the press room of the Public Ministry (MP) in Caracas, the prosecutor expressed: “The handling of this information is extremely delicate, because it is reserved. Those who have these qualities are military attachés, that has nothing to do with human rights defenders. Giving out sensitive information is an element of strong conviction.”

In this regard, Saab pointed out that at the time of the arrest of the 19 implicated in the “Brazalete Blanco” case, was found in the detainee Ányelo Heredia telephone contacts important information about Mrs. Rocío San Miguel, “an indication of what we would find later”. Why does (she) appear as a telephone contact of a terrorist?”

Meanwhile, he added, there are more than 24 demarcated security zones, which include the security zone of Miraflores Palace, which were in the hands of San Miguel, and his relatives themselves recognized that it belonged to her: “This information has been collected and indicated systematically, with the support of people with knowledge of geography or cartography.”

NGO as facade for terrorist practices:

At the same time, the highest authority of the MP highlighted the link that the aforementioned citizen maintained with the NGO “Citizen Control”, an entity that had the purpose of carrying out terrorist actions against the country.

What would happen in the United States, in Spain, or in one of the countries of the extinct Lima group? It is delicate to have an NGO as a facade for those who practice terrorist actions. “Is Rocío San Miguel a human rights defender?” the prosecutor asked the journalists.

Given the compilation of the investigations, he stressed that said activities of San Miguel are unrelated to human rights: “Her NGO is a facade to speak against the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. There are even statements from her asking for sanctions against the Venezuelan State.”

At the same time, he emphasized the information that Rocío del Carmen San Miguel Sosa provided to a European ambassador about the strengthening of the anti-aircraft defense systems of the Bolivarian nation. “Why do you have to meet with a representative of a European superpower?”
