The Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, requested the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), the approval for Francisco Arias Cárdenas as ambassador in that country.
The former governor of Zulia state and until now president of Corpozulia, will arrive in the North American country to replace diplomat María Lourdes Urbaneja Durant.
