The Zulia State Educational Quality Development Center (CDCEZ), through the Regional Coordination of Student Protection and Development, in alliance with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), provided the Gender Violence Training, framed at the start of the new school year.
The training workshop, taught by Specialist Martha Rodríguez, a UNICEF facilitator, was held with the objective of raising awareness among educational actors, offering them tools to prevent and offer a timely and effective response to gender violence in educational institutions and the community.
Likewise, Spokespersons and Managers of the Regional Coordination of Student Protection and Development and Legal Consulting of the CDCEZ participated in the training, as well as teams from the CDCEP of the Venancio Pulgar and Idelfonso Vásquez parishes, and the Public Ministry.
