Day 917| Fight against COVID-19: Venezuela registers 75 new infections in the last 24 hours

A total of 75 cases of COVID-19 infections were detected in the last 24 hours, 73 by community transmission and 2 imported cases, bringing the confirmed accumulated to 544,210, 1,494 active cases, while the number of recovered patients is located in 536,905 patients, thanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian Government.

This was announced this Sunday by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during the customary daily review offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the Twitter social network, @delcyrodriguezv.

She reported that the community cases are located in the states Caracas (42), Miranda (11), Yaracuy (10), Aragua (9) and Barinas (1).

Caracas is the entity that today registers the highest number of new cases (42), with active infections in 11 of its 22 parishes: Sucre (12), Altagracia (10), San Juan (5), La Candelaria (3), among others.

Of the imported cases, there is one arriving from Panama and one from China, all with entry through La Guaira.

In week 131 and day 917 of the pandemic in Venezuela, these are its general statistics:

Recovered patients: 536,905 (99%)
