In this sense, the head of state continues to follow up and respond to the reports that are generated from the communities through line 58 of the VenApp application, which was inaugurated on May 20.
This tool is part of the 1×10 System of Good Governance, a policy that aims to strengthen the organization of the bases and attend in a timely manner to reports related to priority such as water, electricity, transportation, education, health, among others.
