COVID: Venezuela registered 93 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 93 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which three cases arrived from Panama, Turkey and Ecuador, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 526,022 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states Zulia (30), Bolívar (13), Yaracuy (8), Caracas (8), Guárico (8), Barinas (5), Miranda (5), Lara (4), La Guaira (3), Carabobo (3), Anzoátegui (1), Portuguesa (1) and Sucre (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account in the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 836 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,732 as the total number of deaths, with two deceases in the last 24 hours. The number of recovered patients is 518,513 and there are 1,777 current active cases.
