During this Wednesday night hours, was registered an earthquake of magnitude 4.6 and with an epicenter near the city of Acarigua, Portuguesa state.
The official Funvisis report, published on its account on the Twitter social network @Funvisis, registered the earthquake at 9:40 p.m. and at a depth of 2.0 kilometers, 14 km from Acarigua.

Through the social networks, users reported having felt the earthquake in the central western region of the country, mainly in the states Lara, Aragua, Carabobo, Portuguesa, Yaracuy, Trujillo and Mérida, as well as in some sectors of Caracas.
So far no damage or injuries from the earthquake have been reported.
