The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that in a few days he will meet with the sectoral representatives of the 4,500 Communal Circuits, this journey will have as its main objective the allocation of funds to start the projects selected by the citizenship during the National Popular Consultation on April 21.
In this sense, the president also highlighted the importance of civil-military collaboration in the development of educational and health infrastructure, and emphasized the importance of the 1×10 model of Good Government, as an essential tool in the process of serving the people, and in strengthening the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles).
Additionally, he reaffirmed his commitment to the 7T Plan, a set of seven strategic transformations that outline the nation’s vision to the year 2030 and beyond. “This is going to be the 7T Plan. Nets, for the New Era of Transition to Socialism. “We are going to build a new, beautiful, prosperous, egalitarian era for the country, overcoming all the problems and needs that the sanctions have caused in Venezuela,” he noted.
This announcement follows a democratic milestone; the election of 4,500 communal projects by the Venezuelan people in the 2024 National Popular Consultation. This process reflects an unprecedented exercise of direct democracy and marks a significant victory for Venezuela.
The most favored projects cover improvements in public services, roads, lighting, infrastructure and the creation of spaces for the community, in response to the current priorities and needs of the population.
