COVID: Venezuela registers 60 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 60 new cases of COVID-19, of which one arrived from the Dominican Republic, were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 523,119 cases.

The community cases registered today correspond to states Barinas (44), Anzoátegui (9), Zulia (2), Yaracuy (1), Apure (1), Caracas (1), and Portuguesa (1).

This was announced this Tuesday by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the Twitter social network @delcyrodriguezv.

On day 793 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country records the figure of 5,713 as the total number of deceases with one deceased today. The number of recovered patients is 516,284 and there are 1,122 current active cases.
