The sectoral vice president of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace and Minister of People’s Power for Defense, G / J Vladimir Padrino López, highlighted this Friday that with the start of the Bolivarian Shield Military Exercise Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez Frías 2021, action is being taken under the Bolivarian military doctrine that he himself built to preserve the peace and integrity of the homeland.
“There is no better way to remember our Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez, but with action, with his soldiers on the ground,” said Padrino López through his account on the Twitter social network, where he shared audiovisual material showing some defensive maneuvers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
