Appointed Presidents and Vice-Presidents of the Permanent Commissions on Indigenous Peoples and Culture and Recreation of the NA

During the ordinary session of the Venezuelan Parliament held this Tuesday, were appointed the presidents and vice presidents of the Permanent Commissions of Indigenous Peoples and of Culture and Recreation of the National Assembly.

The Permanent Commission of Indigenous Peoples is chaired by Deputy Aloha Núñez, who will be accompanied in the vice-presidency of this legislative body by Nilcia Maldonado.

For its part, the Permanent Commission on Culture and Recreation will have Deputy Earle Herrera as president, and Deputy Sol Musset as vice president.

The President of the National Assembly, Deputy Jorge Rodriguez, reiterated that these committees must listen to the proposals of everyone:

“Go through the path of words and form the plans for national reconciliation. Let us remember that the people voted for peace. The call is for all the political forces of the country to summon us to the search for these agreements together with the people”.

He also informed that in the coming days they will present a plan before the different Permanent Commissions that will be deployed throughout the national territory, to give life to the Communal Parliament.
