This Tuesday the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting with the Turkish ambassador, Şevki Mütevellioğlu.
“A fraternal and fruitful meeting with ambassador (…) Mütevellioğlu”, detailed the chancellery through the Twitter platform.
The bilateral meeting was held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between both nations, as refers the message.
In recent years, Venezuela and Turkey have strengthened their bilateral relations in various commercial and solidarity aspects.
Likewise, the Bolivarian country has received the support of the Turkish nation in the fight against the covid-19 pandemic.
