New evidences of the frustrated paramilitary incursion will be released in the next few hours.

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that in the next few hours the Government will release new evidences regarding the frustrated paramilitary incursion this Sunday in the state of La Guaira, which was planned by the United States and executed by Colombia.

She pointed out that, with this action, the United States shows that it turns its back on multilateralism, violating international law, just like some governments in the region, such as that of Iván Duque in Colombia, where were trained mercenaries who tried to enter the national territory.

She announced that President Nicolás Maduro instructed Chancellor Jorge Arreaza to initiate the pertinent diplomatic actions.

In addition, she reported that this Sundays he met with the ambassador of the Netherlands in Venezuela, “to alert him on the use of Aruba’s territory to provide logistical and supply support” to terrorist mercenary groups.

The vice president indicated that the incursion was a mercenary action with the presence of agents from the Administration for Drug Control (DEA) and the drug traffickers, linked to opposition Venezuelan extremism, with the intention of overthrowing President Maduro.

She said that “they intended to violate the territorial integrity of Venezuela, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.”

She said that this Sunday, a well-known US mercenary who participated in destabilizing actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, owner of a company that trains mercenaries, claimed responsibility for the failed operation against Venezuela.
