Venezuela confirms 390 new infections of Covid-19, of which 386 are community-transmitted and 4 cases are imported, all from Colombia and with entry through Táchira state, as reported this Thursday the Minister of Communication and Information, Freddy Ñañez.
From his social networks, Ñañez indicated that Carabobo state is the entity with the highest number of infections in the municipalities: Valencia 36, Guacara 22, Juan José Mora 9, San Diego 7, Naguanagua 7, Puerto Cabello 6, Libertador 6, Miranda 6 , Montalbán 4, Diego Ibarra 3, Carlos Arvelo 2, Los Guayos 2.
Moreover, he reported that the distribution of cases by states was as follows: Yaracuy (88), Capital District (40), Miranda (34), Lara (28), Zulia (24) La Guaira (19), Táchira (19) , Trujillo (10), Nueva Esparta (8) and Apure (1).
242 days after declaring the pandemic in Venezuela, 96,140 cases have been confirmed, of which 91,141 patients have been recovered, representing a 95% of infections.
In the national territory there are currently 4,158 active cases, 4,124 are being treated in the public health system and 34 in private clinics.
