Bolivarian Government strengthens bilateral ties with Norway

In that sense, the Bolivarian Government establishes this type of meeting, to promote the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy, which was created by the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, to build a new world, full of respect, solidarity, equality, cooperation and union. of nations and peoples.
