97.7% of Venezuelans disapprove US sanctions against PDVSA, Petro and gold

97.7% of Venezuelans disagree with the United States sanctions against Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Petro and Venezuelan gold.

Thus was detailed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, when presenting the results of the Patria system online survey in which Venezuelans answer, in one minute, the seven questions about the imperial blockade and its effects on the country’s economy.

In a first cut of this survey, carried out on September 30, “8,232,695 citizens, 56% women, 44% men,” answered.

The Head of State indicated that a 90.8% believe that the sanctions applied by the United States since 2015 against Venezuela violate international law and the sovereignty of Venezuela.

Meanwhile, 84.1% believe that the so-called United States government sanctions have harmed the economy and the quality of life in the country.

In this regard, the dignitary took the opportunity to make a call to the ranks of the Revolution: “I ask for your support, let some Chavismo spokesmen not put themselves with legalism, because we are in a true emergency and if the bombs are falling, let’s not put yourselves to say that it doesn‘t have to be responded, and that there’s no need to act in any other way”.
