Diosdado Cabello received medical release after overcoming Covid-19

The president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, got on Thursday the medical release after overcoming the Covid-19 coronavirus.

The information was made known by the first vice-president of the ANC, Tania Diaz, on her Twitter account, where she posted an image of the socialist leader leaving the medical center where he was isolated.

“Diosdado Cabello Rondón… In combat”, wrote Díaz on the social network.

The news was confirmed by Diosdado Cabello himself who, through the social network, thanked the medical and nursing staff for their work in treating him during his recovery from the coronavirus.

“I thank God, José Gregorio Hernández, the Virgin, the prayers of this beautiful people, for accompanying me in this first month of battle, the medical and nursing personnel, my family, and you, thank you for so much love. Leaving the hospital today, we shall overcome”, said Cabello.

On July 9, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the President of the ANC tested positive.

“Diosdado Cabello has just informed me that he has tested positive, I am sure that with your moral strength and our Saint José Gregorio Hernández you will come out of this. We are going to face this trance with strength, Venezuela is with you, Diosdado”, said the head of state.

For his part, Cabello ratified the information that same day through a message published on Twitter:

“Dear comrades, I wish to inform you that after taking the corresponding tests, I have tested positive, and I am isolated from now on”, he wrote.

Since his hospitalization, the also first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) has been giving information on his medical status and the evolution of the virus.
